Thanks, but I thing it can be better done in native C and the main goal is the point 2. Unfortunately, I'm not a good programmer.

The latest versions of fossil contains also some XHTML and CSS bugs an invalid definitions (5+) in the themes. Some browsers will be very angry and do something else.
