The default menu does not do this.  You are probably using a customized
menu which has not been updated.

Go to "Setup" then "Header" then click on the "Revert To Default" button
to restore your page header to the default configuration.  This will
get Tags to point to the right page.  Or, manually edit your existing
header.

Note that there is now a new item on the menu:  "Branches".  So if you edit
your existing setup rather than using "Revert To Default", you might want
to add your own "Branches" entry.
