i keep seeing people (including drh) in this thread saying that fossil doesn't work in windows 7.  again, it's working for me on windows 7 64 bit, and has always worked.  i have it installed in c:\rev\bin, which is different than the OP, but i agree it shouldn't make a difference.  you can see my fossil mirror at [http://svn.thereverend.org:8080/fossil].  so what is different about the OP's configuration?
