After rebuild to version d63f87c003 from previous 472f9411ee all non-ascii char (i'm write in spanish) become erroneous in titles and comments when i worked ok before this version's update.
Editing where is possible (summary line/title ticket, .e.g.) i see all ok again but the problem remains where i can't do this (and it's very hard edit all accents again ...)
Happen on Windows XP & Firefox 3.
