Preface: Updating from fossil version from (79b7902cdd) 2011-01-01 to (1d93222627) 2011-03-01 and issuing fossil all rebuild and restarting fossil. Problem: fossil complains in Admin / User-Log about a missing SQLITE table. <verbatim>SQLITE_ERROR: no such table: accesslog</verbatim>
