While ticket list escapes HTML, the single ticket view strips it. This inconsistency is easily visible in case of ticket [cb6baa160dfac]. In a report its name reads `Wiki output strips <div> `. But inside you see `Wiki output strips`. I'd say that the former is better, but IMHO the real defect is the inconsistency.
