it would be nice to be able to invoke a fossil rebuild remotely from the admin screen on the ui. this happened to me when i downloaded the latest version of fossil, started the fossil server, and forgot to do the rebuild. later, remotely, the ui queries were all borked. i wouldn't even ask for the feature except that not all upgrades require a rebuild, so its not part of my upgrade routine.
