When committing a group of files, e.g.
fossil commit *.cfossil bails out if any of the *.c files is not changed. The -f flag even doesn't work to force this to happen. Normally I do this when the directory contains a lot of *.c files, and I'm lazy to remember (or type) which ones I changed, I only know that ALL files I changed in this directory should be committed.
