I'm occasionally seeing this error in my Buildbot logs.

The build runs every 8 hours. Usually it's fine, but sometimes this happens and causes the build to fail.

Recommended fix in both cases above:

1. Run the fossil sql command to get an interactive SQLite shell.

2. Type "PRAGMA journal_mode=WAL;"
