| The fossil tag command does not accept the -m or -M option to specify a comment. In other words, the C card should be optionally allowed on control artifacts (just like it is optionally allowed on attachments according to the docs) and the -m or -M option to the fossil tag command should set the C card if a -m or -M option is given. | |||
