fossil: unable to find the name of a repository database

If you have recently updated your fossil executable, you might need to run "fossil all rebuild" to bring the repository schemas up to date. buildbot@nikko:~/Reu2/deep$ fossil open

It is morning, pre-coffee. I could be forgetting something.

Suppose I should close this. I forgot. Sorry for the noise!

Gah. Apologies again for the noise. I didn't close it properly.
