I don't know what to type in the last field of the Fossil SCM Behavior page:

Web browser

Default web browser for "fossil ui".

Should I type firefox? or mozilla? or the full path to the browser? It would be nice if it was a drop-list (installed browsers from registry)... or at least showed a few examples :-)

See documentation at the bottom of the settings page (or here). You don't have to input anything there unless you want to use a different browser.
